Mezzi Paccheri all’Amatriciana Kit
A rich and flavorful take on a Roman classic. This dish stars hearty mezzi paccheri paired with a Italian tomato sauce enriched by imported guanciale stagionato al pepe — aged, peppered Italian cured pork that delivers unmatched depth and savory intensity. Finished with Pecorino Romano. It’s a celebration of bold Italian ingredients at their best.
Each portion contains:
• 1× Fresh Mezzi Paccheri Pasta (125g)
• 1× all’Amatriciana Sauce (150g)
• 1× Crispy guanciale stagionato (25g)
• 1× Grated Pecorino Romano Cheese (10g)
How to Prepare:
1. Bring water to a boil with salt.
2. Heat the Americana sauce gently in a pan.
3. Cook the pasta in the salted water for 7 minutes.
4. Add the drained pasta plus 3–4 tablespoons of pasta water into the pan,
5.Add the guanciale stagionato, stir well until the sauce reaches the perfect silky texture. Add more water as needed.
6. Plate and finish with the included Pecorino Romano.
Ready in under 8 minutes—savory, satisfying, and authentically Roman.
Ingredients:
ALL'AMATRICIANA SAUCE: Italian tomato, guanciale stagionato al pepe, Pecorino Romano, chili pepper, black pepper, pasta water (semolina and water), sea salt.
PASTA: Italian semolina flour, water
